How much support you need is up to you, which is why I offer three levels of involvement.

SILVER Service

Baseline Diagnostic and Improvement Plan – enabling accelerated progress


Identify root causes, not symptoms.


Too often, actions prescribed for improvement address the symptom, not the underlying issue.  I examine the effectiveness and impact of day-to-day apprenticeship delivery against the Five Apprenticeship Delivery Conditions. I dig deeper, ask more questions - and more importantly, ask better questions.


People and Performance Focused


Behind every delivery challenge are people experiencing it daily. That is why I start with your front line teams. Through immersive interviews, observation of practice and facilitated workshops, I listen deeply, challenge thinking and uncover obstacles to performance that data alone cannot reveal.


Collaborative Solutions for Lasting Success


Every provider's improvement journey is different.  There is no simple ABC formula or generic template. I work with your team to understand culture, context and starting point, developing co-designed solutions that fit your operating environment.


You receive a clear, prioritised improvement plan so you know what to strengthen first.

GOLD Service

Hands‑on support to implement improvements with accuracy and momentum


In addition to everything included in the Silver Service, I work alongside your team to support the practical implementation of improvements.


This includes:


  • Helping staff design integrated on‑ and off‑the‑job learning experiences
  • Supporting teams to create purposeful off-the-job (OTJ) plans linked to KSBs
  • Running co‑design sessions to sequence curriculum by knowledge, skills and behaviours
  • Strengthening tripartite reviews to focus on learning, practice and stretch
  • Improving the consistency and confidence of front‑line delivery teams.


The Gold Service is ideal when:


  • Capacity is limited
  • Change must be embedded quickly
  • Momentum is essential
  • You want confidence that improvements are implemented accurately.


Your team receives hands‑on support, tools and coaching so improvements stick and impact is felt quickly.

PLATINUM Service

Measuring, reinforcing and sustaining improvement over time


For providers wanting sustained improvement, ongoing evaluation and continuous enhancement, the Platinum Service includes everything in Silver and Gold plus:


  • Reviewing progress against the five apprenticeship‑delivery fundamentals
  • Monitoring changes in apprentice progress, OTJ relevance and EPA readiness
  • Checking the consistency of employer collaboration
  • Assessing the quality and impact of curriculum sequencing
  • Evaluating staff confidence and delivery consistency
  • Identifying next‑step improvements as context and circumstances evolve.


This level focuses on long‑term reliability, consistency and optimisation, ensuring that initial gains translate into sustainable performance improvements.
