Apprenticeship Delivery & Implementation Plans

An Apprenticeship Delivery & Implementation Plan (ADIP) is a practical tool that helps providers translate apprenticeship intent into consistent implementation and measurable impact.

Most providers already have curriculum plans, training plans and review processes and delivery models.

The challenge is ensuring these work together to create a clear and consistent apprenticeship journey from sign-up to EPA.

ADIP helps providers create greater clarity about:

  • What the apprenticeship is intended to achieve
  • What should happen, and when
  • How apprentice progress will be monitored
  • How employers, managers and mentors contribute
  • When intervention is required
  • How readiness for Gateway and EPA is developed.

Many of the issues providers face do not appear suddenly. They develop gradually through inconsistent implementation, limited visibility of progress and uncertainty about when action is needed. ADIP provides a practical way of addressing those challenges.

It is not an off-the-shelf template. Each ADIP is developed around the provider, the employers, the apprenticeship standards and the programmes involved.

The aim is straightforward:

To ensure that what is intended actually happens in practice.

Let's discuss ADIP
