I work with colleges, universities, independent training providers and employers to strengthen apprenticeship implementation, improve visibility of apprentice progress and help leaders gain greater confidence in programme performance.

My work focuses on creating greater clarity about what should be happening, when it should be happening and how leaders can know whether apprenticeships are progressing as intended.
