No two providers are the same. Some organisations are concerned about planned end dates, some want stronger employer engagement, others want greater confidence in apprentice progress.
My support typically falls into three areas.
An independent review of current apprenticeship provision to understand strengths, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Working with leaders and practitioners to create greater clarity about programme implementation, progress monitoring, employer support and intervention.
Supporting teams to implement agreed approaches consistently and use them to strengthen oversight and performance.
The objective is always the same:
Greater confidence that apprenticeships are progressing as intended.
